PROJECT : Table +
STATUS : Prototype
YEAR : 2017
This minimalist coffee table explores the encounter between the transparency of glass and the structural rigor of metal.
Composed of a square glass tabletop measuring 1.4 m x 1.4 m, it asserts a presence that is both light and architectural. The transparency of the tabletop reveals the metal structure beneath, transforming the assembly into a graphic element in its own right. The clean, white, orthogonal lines intersect and overlap, creating a play of planes, tensions, and balance.
The project is based on a deliberately restrained design language: minimal material, few details, yet a strong visual presence. Glass brings lightness, depth, and reflections, while metal gives the whole piece stability, precision, and character.
Through this table, the object goes beyond its function to become a small domestic structure, almost architectural in nature. Its simple geometry, generous format, and minimal vocabulary make it a central piece, able to integrate into contemporary interiors while asserting a clear identity.
